• uubd is not liable for bets lost due to system errors or internet disconnection.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and security of uubd's services. Engaging in such activities may result in account termination and legal action.

• Opening multiple accounts under the same identity, or collecting bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack accounts, conduct phishing, or carry out any form of cyberattack.
• Using the platform for money laundering, proceeds of crime, or financing terrorist activities.
• Abusing bonuses or using gaming strategies to circumvent bonus terms (Bonus Abuse).
• Operating an account from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Attempting to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.

• Court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, provided it is not subject to forfeiture due to a Terms violation.

Uubd reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform in advance.
